We Shouldn't

“We don’t fall in love with the perfect person; fall in love despite a persons imperfections.”

———————————————————————

I had purchased this novel by Vi Keeland when it was first released but had delayed reading it. Vi’s writing has always been special, I have never been left disappointed with any of her work that I have read so far. She had a way of writing novels that are captivating, sexy as hell, but also involve an emotional twist that makes your eyes water.

———————————————————————

This novel was really well-done, from the characters that Vi created, to the storyline that was adapted. I love how Vi made both Bennett and Annalise really engaging characters, but also the minor characters that were in this novel engaging as well. Both had their own issues, and when they end up competing for the same position? Their issues get knocked up a notch and they shouldn’t...😉

There was also a comedic aspect to this novel. When we meet Annalise’s parents? That was P-E-R-F-E-C-T. I couldn’t stop giggling! Also, there is Annalise’s car problem? That was hilarious, I had never thought of someone doing that, but when I tried it I laughed so hard😂

I rated this novel a 4📚
